Australia’s DJ Havana Brown has been appointed as Direct Factory Outlet’s (DFO) new face as part of the company’s summer campaign Fashion Day Out.

To celebrate the Fashion Day Out, DJ, Havana Brown will be playing the decks with two exclusive DJ sets in Melbourne and Sydney.

The campaign is part of Colonial First State Property (CFS) Retail’s aim to remind consumers that they are able to recreate a summer outfit for $200 and below with big brand outlet stores such as Witchery, Burberry, Marcs and Country Road.

It will be running at DFO Essendon, Homebush, Moorabbin and South Warf.

CFS Retail initially acquired the four DFO properties a year ago after realising that retail outlet centres were a growing retail sub-sector.

According to the company, the reason that the four DFO centres were chosen out of the broader DFO portfolio was because they were strong trading centres with high level of brand recognition and were close to arterial roads.

Since the acquisition of the centres, CFS Retail’s portfolio now stands at 29 properties worth over $8 billion.
