DoorDash has partnered with BWS, connecting over 900 of the retailer’s stores with customers across New South Wales, Victoria and Queensland.
Now live on DoorDash, customers can order a range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages including beer, wine and spirits, from BWS straight to their door, in time for end of year celebrations.
DoorDash Australia general manager, Puji Fernando said, “Here at DoorDash, we’re excited to launch this partnership with BWS delivery. Going into summer holidays and backyard BBQ season, we’re here to help with the end of year celebration by delivering straight to your door. And for last minute gifts, there’s nothing easier than a last-minute alcohol delivery from DoorDash to save the day.”
BWS managing director, Scott Davidson added, “At BWS, we are all about doing drinks your way, whether that’s shopping in-store, or being able to access your favourite beer, wine or spirit in the most convenient way for you, at a time of your choosing. We are excited to give our customers across New South Wales, Victoria and Queensland access to our fantastic range through DoorDash just in time for the festive season.”
Customers must submit a valid ID before checking out on the marketplace, and Dashers are required to check a customer’s ID to verify their age prior to handing off and completing the delivery. Dashers will not complete delivery should the customer be exhibiting any signs of intoxication.
