Residents in regional Australia can enjoy the convenience of having food and groceries delivered to their door in just 35 minutes thanks to DoorDash.
DoorDash’s expansion into these areas has been a game changer for the regions and part of DoorDash’s ongoing commitment to grow local communities, broaden food access and empower businesses to earn more.
DoorDash is offering new customers in 13 regions 50% off three orders, as well as a ‘Happy Hour Safari’ running every Friday until 27 October 2023. Customers will receive discounts on grocery, local merchants and national brands.
DoorDash general manager for Australia, Puji Fernando said, “We’re excited to be able to give individuals and families the option to have their groceries delivered to them within an hour in addition to helping support wonderful local restaurants with their valued customers and expand our coverage nationwide, making doorstep deliveries even more accessible for everyone.”
DoorDash operates in major regional areas across Australia including Alice Springs, Bathurst, Bowral – Mittagong, Burnie, Coffs Harbour, Devonport, Gladstone – Tannum Sands, Lismore, Nowra – Bomaderry, Orange, Port Macquarie, Tamworth and Warragul – Drouin.
