Leading sports retailer, Decathlon has launched Manhattan Associates’ Scale solution across three of its B2C ecommerce warehouses in Asia Pacific.

Manhattan Scale has enabled Decathlon to streamline its ecommerce order fulfilment capabilities, improve supply chain efficiency and maintain a consistent customer shopping experience. It is a unified platform that is easy to implement, manage and upgrade.

Manhattan Scale speeds up flow of goods and information for improved execution across stock, labour and space, while complying with industry regulations and standards.

Decathlon has more than 1,600 retail stores worldwide and serves customers in more than 60 countries and regions.

Decathlon transformation leader, Bruno Thellier said the successful rollout of Manhattan Scale provides Decathlon China with the latest technology for a seamless interconnection of national ecommerce fulfilment platforms, while allowing the team to be more efficient and effective.
