D2C sleep brand, Emma – The Sleep Company reached record revenue of $1.34 billion in 2022, a year-on-year growth rate of 35%, exceeding its own full-year revenue target of $1.23 billion. It was Emma’s fifth consecutive year of profitability in 2022.

Since launching in Germany in 2015, Emma — The Sleep Company has enjoyed consecutive years of growth and is now active in more than 30 markets around the world. Emma’s fastest growing markets were all located outside of Europe.

In Asia Pacific, Australia grew its revenues by 103% in 2022 compared to 2021, making it one of Emma’s fastest-growing markets globally. During this period, Emma won multiple coveted consumer and product awards including CHOICE Recommended Top Score for Best Mattress for the second year in a row, Good Design Award for innovation, 2023 Product of the Year Award, and multiple awards from ProductReview.com.au.
