The PayPal Melbourne Fashion Festival (#PayPalMFF) kicked off last week with PayPal as the new naming partner for the premier fashion and arts festival – Australia’s largest and most influential consumer fashion event – which runs until 12 March 2022.
Local Australian designers benefit directly from the new partnership, with PayPal paying the participation fees for designers across the program. Six rising independent design stars will also each be offered a Melbourne Fashion Festival Curatorial Bursary, made possible by PayPal, to help them showcase their innovative work to new audiences through the Festival’s Independent Program.
PayPal will also have a special custom-built marquee, the PayPal Pay in 4D Creator Hub, at Federation Square throughout the event, where fashion enthusiasts can experience creative and artistic photo moments.

Australian singer songwriter, Vera Blue, has been engaged by PayPal as ambassador for PayPal Pay in 4 at the event. PayPal Pay in 4 is the only BNPL service in Australia with both no late fees and no interest for consumers, and it’s available at no additional cost to PayPal business customers beyond their existing account arrangements.
