lululemon has released a new collection of eco-friendly sportswear made from recycled materials. Guests can now select from a range of sustainable and stylish pieces for men and women including hoodies, tees, shorts, joggers, jackets, accessories and more.

The new pieces fuse lululemon’s signature style and innovative design elements and are constructed with a minimum of 53% recycled materials. By switching to recycled materials in this collection, lululemon will reduce its carbon footprint by up to 20%*.

The products use a variety of materials, such as the Quilted Ravioli fabric (made from 60% recycled polyester) which is found in the joggers, shorts, pullover hoodie, and rec crew. The fabric is treated with a plant seed-based finish to help wick sweat.

In the packable parka and shell jacket, 100% of the nylon (excluding trim) is recycled and treated with a non-PFC DWR finish.

As a global brand rooted in yoga and mindfulness, lululemon has a unique opportunity, responsibility, and platform. One of its core values, connection, plays a critical role in the wellbeing of people and planet, mind and body, and individual and collective.

*Percentage reductions were calculated by lululemon using the Higg MSI 3.3 at Higg.org and are not verified.
