QED Skincare has been named a triple finalist in the Sensitive Face and Exfoliator categories of the Clean and Conscious Awards for 2021.
The products in the running include the QED Skincare Wrinkle Rewind Repair Serum and QED Skincare Ultra Sensitive Eye Balm in the Sensitive Face category, and the QED Skincare Ultra Sensitive Exfoliating Balm in the Exfoliator category.
QED Skincare founder and pharmacist, Shoshana Eisner said, “It’s always an honour to receive industry recognition for the quality of our products, but to be specifically recognised for our ethics and integrity is indeed humbling.
“The three products chosen are close to my heart. The Wrinkle Rewind Serum is one of the first products I launched over 10 years ago and has spearheaded the growth of products within this anti-aging category, all of which contain the Repair Serum.
“The Ultra-Sensitive Exfoliating Balm and Ultra Sensitive Eye Balm are truly unique not only in their formulations but within the skincare space. Developed only 18 months ago, these products were formulated following an increase in demand from customers for both an exfoliator and eye cream for super sensitive and highly reactive skin. These products each contain only three or four highly protective ingredients, are fragrance-free, vegan and made from pure plant oils.”
The awards are run by a team of women who want to educate people to consume mindfully and at the same time motivate brands to manufacture responsibly.
