Cloud-based voice platform, Aircall has opened a new office in the heart of Sydney’s CBD on George Street to offer local support and bring its innovative technology closer to existing and new customers.

Up until now, the fast-growing venture backed scale-up had grown its Australian client base of more than 500 customers, including local businesses AgriWebb and Redzy and worldwide technology firms including Hubspot and Salesforce, from its two existing offices in Paris and New York. Clients will be serviced by a local team of 20 with recruitment underway for further roles.

To mark the opening of the hub, Aircall hosted integration partners, channel partners and customers for an evening celebration with employees and to hear from the Aircall leadership team including head of partnerships and channel for Asia Pacific, Frank Eagleton (pictured).

“The shift to remote working has solidified our belief that voice is the most powerful way to communicate with customers, prospects, candidates and colleague,” Eagleton said.

“With a strong database of customers in this market, it was our priority to offer local support and bring our integrated, easy to use, cloud-based phone solution to more Australian businesses. We’re proud to be opening our third global office in Sydney and we are looking forward to building a local team to continue servicing our clients.”

Aircall is continuing to unlock the power of voice with the recent launch of its Partner Program to further scale its ecosystem. The new program will extend the company’s developer site and App Marketplace to offer deeper support to both existing and new partners and developers. Launched in June 2020, the App Marketplace has already added 45 new partners in less than one year.

Aircall’s new Australian office is located at 383 George Street, Sydney NSW 2000.
