Australia’s leading online beauty retailer, Adore Beauty has launched its first loyalty program, Adore Society, for community members in Australia and New Zealand. 

Adore Society loyalty program members will be rewarded with unique and personalised delights based on their purchase history, favourite products and beauty needs.

Members will also enjoy the usual perks such as birthday gifts, priority access to new product launches, as well as competitions, promotions and invitations to money-can’t-buy experiences including events and masterclasses.  

Structured across three levels (Level 1, 2, 3), these exclusive benefits will be progressively unlocked by Adore Society members as they progress through each level. For example, Level 3 members will be able to treat themselves to a reward on any chosen day of the year, as well as enjoy free express delivery on all orders regardless of spend.  

Adore Beauty loyalty and retention manager, Miranda Bliss said it is exciting to launch the loyalty program and further elevate the customer journey and experience.

“Our customers have told us they are looking for something unique and personalised for them, so Adore Society is all about being rewarded for being you,” she said.

“In designing this program we looked at the beauty industry as a whole, conducted market research and tested with our customers. Our deep data insights and tech allows us to deliver a unique and personalised experience for each member, but more importantly, we interact with our community every day to add value to their lives with benefits we know they already love and enjoy in their unique beauty journey.” 

The launch of Adore Society is the first stage of the program, with additional features and benefits to be rolled out throughout 2021 and beyond. 

Existing Adore Beauty customers can join now by visiting and will be automatically allocated to a level based on their spend over the last 12 months.
