Sydney-based Vertikls Business Solutions, a retail specialist in providing total solutions for managing business operations, has been acquired by PCA NU Systems, the largest Australian IT provider for retail pharmacy.
“We are very excited about the opportunities that this provides for retail customers. Importantly, this move positions us to fully step onto the national arena, with national support and services and an on-the-ground presence in each state, thanks to PCA NU Systems’ existing national support systems,” said managing director, Raj Ganatra, Vertikls Business Solutions.
The two companies will operate independently, with Vertikls focusing on general retail solutions and PCA NU Systems concentrating on pharmacy. Vertikls will maintain its existing management team and staff in Sydney, headed up by Ganatra, and will report to the PCA NU Systems board of management.
