Priceline appointed ONE Group Retail Experience as its principal contractor for the development of its flagship store in Westfield Sydney, as well as 10 additional stores across Australia.

For the 670 square metre flagship store, ONE Group worked with interior designers, Parker Design and Australian Pharmaceuticals Industries on the project. They were responsible for the entire fitout, inclusive of preparation of drawing packages and council negotiations.

Pino Colaci, ONE Group director – project services, was conscious of getting the balance right between meeting the brand expectations of Priceline and Westfield’s interior guidelines.

“Our project management team, lead by Ken Walker and Lucinda Downey worked extensively with our key suppliers to secure the best rates for a range of high-end materials used on the project,” he said.

“The management of the materials, timelines and budgets were essential elements to making this project a success for Priceline.

“We reviewed the specifications outlined in the brief and the proposed building methods to ensure we were delivering the most streamlined processes possible. These efficiencies allowed us to keep the budget in check.”

As part of the fitout, the store features a sleek shopfront, custom counters, bespoke light boxes and painted timber screens.
