Home improvement retailer Masters has launched an iPhone app to provide real-time customer service including customer support, inspiration and product information.
The Masters Home Improvement app features a ‘chat now’ function that links directly to a Master’s service representatives for on-the-spot answers on anything from stock availability to product information to online ordering assistance.
“We’ve taken the innovation of our popular in-store customer service buttons, where a staff member will respond within one minute of being called, and moved it into the digital world. All an app user needs do is type in a question and a Masters representative will respond in a matter of seconds,” Melinda Smith, Masters director, said.
“We are all about great customer service and this new app provides yet another way our customers can get the help and information they need.”
The app also features a product finder that allows users to shop for more than 30,000 products and search through 19 categories to buy on the spot. There’s also the ‘scanner’ which is a price comparison tool to make sure Masters customers get the best price guaranteed while the ‘projects’ feature is a practical library of how-to videos, articles and step-by-step instructions for a number of projects.
“There’s nothing like it in the market and we believe this app will soon become a must-have for anyone looking to make their DIY or home project as fuss-free and successful as possible,” said Smith.
