Human resources technology company, Xref has partnered with screening and verification company, CV Check, to enable Xref platform users to add multiple products from CVCheck to their verification process. Xref reference checks will also be made available to CVCheck users.
The alliance responds to demand for a solution to all candidate verification requirements and aims to create a multi-platform reach that will offer even greater spread across Australia and New Zealand.
A joint go-to-market strategy has been agreed upon, which will inform how the sales and customer success teams of both companies take the new offering to potential and existing clients. The system integration process has already commenced.
While the alliance is focused on addressing a need in the ANZ region, global Xref clients will also benefit from the addition of CVCheck, since the platform is able to procure checks from around the world.
Xref executive director and CEO, Lee-Martin Seymour said the company has co-existed with CVCheck for some time in the Australia and New Zealand market.
