LA-based luxury swimwear brand, SAME Swim is expanding into the Australian market. Founded by Shea Marie in 2015, the swimwear line has been worn by A-list celebrities including Kendall Jenner, Bella Hadid, Naomi Campbell, Tyra Banks and Hailey Bieber.
Marie’s journey into the fashion industry began as one of the original fashion influencers. Before diving into the world of luxury swimwear, Marie was interning at an advertising agency in 2009 when she launched a website that quickly evolved into one of the most influential fashion blogs ‘Peace Love Shea’ of its time, attracting millions of views per week.
As Instagram emerged, Marie transitioned her influence to the platform, laying the groundwork for her future endeavours. In 2015, Shea launched SAME, marking the inception of a brand that would redefine luxury swimwear.
