In partnership with digital commerce consultancy, Tryzens, Australian fashion retailer, Showpo has launched its new ecommerce platform to transform the shopping experience across every touchpoint and advance its growth in new markets around the world.

Showpo is one of Australia’s fastest growing fashion retailers with over four million users across its social media platforms and hundreds of new clothes, shoes and accessories landing each week. With strong market share in Australia, New Zealand, Europe and the US, Showpo now has its sights on expanding to more countries overseas.

Showpo partnered with Tryzens to launch a new, agile, ecommerce platform using Salesforce Commerce Cloud to support rapid business growth and handle the logistical challenges of moving into new markets, while enhancing the customer experience. The new platform also had to convey the strong Showpo brand and story.

As well as enabling Showpo to streamline its operations, the new website offers an integrated and innovative shopping experience through social integrations and blogs, whether consumers interact with the brand on mobile, web or social.

With Commerce Cloud’s unified backend, the Showpo team has been able to expand its brand into new regions and manage the different sites from a single platform. It also enables Showpo to introduce a range of different cartridges to provide different payment options and loyalty scheme benefits.
