Australian courier service, Sendle has strengthened its partnership with global commerce company, Shopify, with a fully integrated delivery service to make sending parcels easier and more affordable for small businesses.

The integration means Australian merchants won’t need to leave the Shopify platform to ship their parcels via Sendle. From Shopify, they can print Sendle labels and book free parcel pick up from their front door with low flat-rates Australia wide, affordable international rates, free tracking and 100% carbon neutral shipping.

Sendle CEO, James Chin Moody said, “Since our inception in 2014, we’ve been working hard to become Australia’s carrier of choice, and we are very proud to be sitting on the Shopify platform alongside some of the world’s top delivery companies including USPS, UPS, DHL and Canada Post.”

He added: “Affordable and swift parcel delivery is a competitive advantage that small businesses can’t do without. Sendle’s full integration with Shopify will save time and money so sellers can get on with running their businesses and create great products for their customers.”

Shopify APAC head of partnerships, Rhys Furner commented, “Shipping can be one of the more complex parts of a business to set up and manage, and one of the costliest. Merchants need all the help and support they can get, so we welcome our relationship with Sendle because it will make the shipping process much easier for Aussie merchants, especially in these difficult times.

“Together, Shopify Shipping with Sendle offers a frictionless approach that makes it easier for merchants and helps them to give better and more cost-effective solutions for their customers, which in turn helps improve customer satisfaction and retention.”
