Fashion retailer Dotti has entered into the online space with the launch of the Dotti e-store.

Dotti general manager Sarah Rovis said the online store will add another dimension to the company’s existing Dotti Nation website.

“We have been working hard to create an engaging platform for our customers,” she said. “Our Dotti citizens will notice some significant new features on the website which we hope they enjoy.”

As part of the new site, Dotti will provide daily product updates and there will be selected items that will be photographed showing the front, back and detail of the product. Wish lists can be created and products can be rated, reviewed and shared with friends on the site.

A selection of items from each collection will also be featured in an online video with eight new looks uploaded every fortnight.

Design-A-Bite is another feature of the new site. Each month Dotti will upload a design brief to the website and would be designers can submit their designs and the winner’s piece is produced and sold in-store with a special swing tag.

According to the company, since its interactive website launched in April 2010, its online presence has expanded with the numbers with the site’s visitors doubling from month to month.
