Lingerie and sleepwear retailer Bras N Things’ e-commerce site has quadrupled in size since it was re-launched early last year.
More than 1,000 products in 3,400 styles and combinations are available in a range of sizes with customers able to browse collections from brands such as Playboy, Wink and Annalise.
The online store also offers efficient delivery with 98 per cent of orders dispatched on the same day.
Concerns about product fit are eased by Bras N Things’ online version of its complimentary fitting service. The fitroom shows clients how to find the right fit for themselves or someone else.
“Once customers know their perfect size, they can be confident that their size will be the same, whether they purchase in-store or online,” says Prudence Gracio, online business manager. “This is our promise to our customers.”
The company also offers a 100 per cent satisfaction money back guarantee, meaning online consumers can return goods if they are unhappy with the size or style once received.
There are also plans to expand Bras N Things’ online business with a website for New Zealand shoppers, where Kiwi customers can purchase items in their own currency, while Sydney metro clientele will benefit from a same day delivery offer.
