As Zara prepares to enter the Australian market next year, the fashion retailer will be launching its online store to five European countries in November.

Austria, Belgium, Ireland, Luxembourg and the Netherlands will be joining the list of countries where Zara merchandises will be available on its website.

Customers may select a Zara store for pickup, in which case delivery –from three to five days- is free of charge, or standard home delivery. Express home shipping will ensure delivery within a maximum of 48 hours.

Along with the prices, the return and exchange policy will be identical to that used in stores and customers may choose to return goods for refund

According to the company, the website enables shoppers to filter their search for garments and other merchandise by criteria types such as colour, size and prices or can search for specific products by reference number, description and garment family.

The Zara online store was also made available to France, Germany, Portugal, Italy, Spain and the UK in September.
