Stockland is about to lose one of its top people, with Steve Mann resigning from his position as head of the office and industrial businesses division.
Mann had been with Sydney-headquartered Stockland for more than seven years, the company said in a statement.
"Our office and Industrial business has strategically expanded and is poised to continue to benefit from rental growth in the current market," said Stockland managing director Matthew Quinn in the statement.
"It will be business as usual for us while we go through the process to appoint the new business head."
