Rivers has opened its first Mega Outlet store in northern New South Wales in the Lismore suburb of Goonellabah.
The outlet is the biggest Rivers store in Australia, spanning 1,100 square metres and offering over 45,000 products covering fashion, homewares, electronics and more.
“Our Mosaic team working and living in the region, along with their communities, were heavily impacted by the recent floods and we know that there’s a long way to go in repairing both the physical and emotional damage caused,” Mosaic CEO, Scott Evans said.
“While planning for this store has been in train for some time we hope its opening will play a small part in the wider economic recovery of the region. Our customers reaction to this store has been overwhelming and I could not be prouder of the Rivers team who got us to this point and made this milestone event come to life.”
Evans said plans are underway for additional Rivers Mega Outlet stores. “Our Rivers brand is all about big brands at low prices delivering exceptional value and quality which we’ve been offering our customers since 1979.”
