Australia’s leading retailer of sporting equipment, clothing, and footwear, rebel has launched its latest rebel customer experience store in Penrith, NSW.

rebel Penrith is the 11th Australian experience store to be rolled out nationally as the retailer continues to invest in physical store expansion.

Showcasing an elevated in-store experience, it offers the latest in global sporting looks and state-of-the-art technology, as well as incorporating an interactive football zone.

The grand opening saw the announcement of a new partnership between rebel and CommBank Matilda’s player, Mary Fowler, who was recently named the Professional Football Australia’s “Young Female Footballer of the Year – 2022”.

As part of the partnership, there is a 10-part docu-series that will be shared on rebel channels later this year. The docu-series is designed to help inspire and inform women of all ages to be involved in sport. Topics such as facing adversity, the pursuit of constant improvement, goal setting as well as the previously taboo topics such as menstruation in sport, are covered.

Other key features of the new store include ‘The Home of Basketball’, which offers signature kicks, hoops fanwear and lifestyle and street threads. In women’s, there is exclusive Nike Pro Ditsy Floral, the Nike Campus stories and exclusive senior footwear include Asic GEL Nimbus 24 QMNS and W Nike Revolution 6 FLyease NN. 

The dedicated front of house team at rebel Penrith is made up of passionate experts from a spectrum of sports, including running, fitness, football and basketball. Team members are armed with insider knowledge and expertise to advise customers on brands, product performance, style and fit.
