Employees of franchisees including Fastway Couriers, Wendy Supa Sundaes, Boost Juice Bars and Salsa’s Fresh Mex Grill were some of the winners of the NAB Franchise Council Australia NSW/ACT Excellence in Franchising Award for 2013.
Anthony Hamod took home Franchisee of the Year – two or more staff, Debb Meyer from Narellan Pools was recognised as Franchise Woman of the Year, and Field Manager of the Year went to Adam Moody from Wendy’s Supa Sundaes.
Other winners included Anthony Stahl and Daniel Mesiti from Boost Juice Bars and Salsa’s Fresh Mex Grill who were awarded the Multi-unit Franchisee of the Year accolade for the second time, and Fiona and Danny Harvey took out the Franchisee Community Service award – the second win for Narellan Pools.
The award has been created to recognise and honour franchising’s best from NSW and ACT. All winners from the event will now qualify as finalists for the NAB FCA National Excellence in Franchising Awards. A gala dinner will be held on the Gold Coast on October 22 at the culmination of the National Franchise Convention.
