The NSW Division of the Australian Property Institute (API) held its annual Excellence in Property Awards at Sydney’s Powerhouse Museum on 18 October.
The night celebrated the outstanding achievements in the property profession and the built and natural environments.
“This year saw a range of entries and sound numbers, which is something to be noted as financial sectors and the property industry have felt the strain of wider global markets. The projects entered were of a high standard, representing great ideas and ingenuity in the industry,” said API NSW president Robert Dupont.
“This year’s entries also indicate the large and growing spectrum of the NSW property industry, with a diverse collection of projects, people and organisations in the running for accolades.
