The big focus for Winning Appliances is customer engagement and the company plans to do this with its newly opened flagship Redfern showroom in NSW.
Spread across two levels, the 1500m2 display room houses more than 25 kitchen and laundry brands including Smeg, Miele, Electrolux, Bosch and exclusive brands like Sub-Zero and Wolf, Siemens, Gaggenau, Neff, Qasair and Highland.
John Winning, Winning Group CEO, said the showroom is a platform that enhances the shopping experience as it lets customers see, touch and interact with appliance brands.
“Retailers who continue to push boundaries and provide an innovative shopping experience will thrive and Winning Appliances is a great example of an Australian business that has continued to adapt and evolve to a changing market,” he said.
The showroom also features world first displays that have been uniquely crafted. It also features modern aesthetics where the stripped-back look of the building is contrasted with modern appliances. This is complemented by the gold and metallic hues replacing the company’s blue colour scheme. This has been inspired by R.W. Winning’s signature on historical documents.
There’s also a working kitchen and cooking demonstration area, which is operational during store hours to provide cooking classes, serve coffee, savoury snacks and cakes.
David Crane, Winning Appliances CEO, said the Redfern showroom builds on the company’s vision of providing the best shopping experience by creating a lifestyle-orientated, innovative and personalised space.
“With a distinct focus on customer interaction, the new flagship showroom will provide customers with an experience beyond browsing and buying,” he said.
The new look will be rolled out to other showrooms in the near future.
