Network Ten exec joins Billabong

After nine years at Network Ten, Peter Myers is joining the Billabong as the company’s new chief financial officer.

Myers spent six years as CFO while he was Network Ten and was also CFO for nine year at APN News & Media Limited.

According to Billabong CEO Luana Inman, Myer has extensive experience working on a number of successful and complex transactions including IPO’s, takeovers, refinancing and acquisitions.

“Peter has over 30 years of experience and insight at both a corporate and an operation level,” she said.

“He understands the company’s current position, has a deep understanding of working with a wider team in implementing transformational strategies and will make a valuable contribution.”
