Furniture store, Lounge Lovers has opened its latest showroom in Bundall, Queensland, championing all things luxe and style in its 700 square metre converted warehouse space.
The showroom features an open floor plan and minimalist interior, as well as a sky-high glass shopfront bringing in an abundance of natural light. Paying homage to the Gold Coast’s holiday destination vibes, the space is laidback and beachy with coastal living and white linen pieces.
“After opening our first Queensland showroom in Brisbane in August 2020, we noticed a large number of visitors travelling from the Gold Coast to check out our products in person,” Lounge Lovers’ founder and CEO Derek Kerr said.
“What’s more, our coastal living pieces have been our most popular in recent years — especially in this part of the country and so setting up shop in a destination famed for its sun and surf made a lot of sense.
“If you’re in the furniture business on the Gold Coast, Bundall is the place to be. In joining the neighbourhood’s retail ranks, we can deliver our impeccable in-store service to customers across the Gold Coast and northern New South Wales.”
The latest opening comes on the back of significant growth with 2021 sales almost tripling 2020’s following a decade of 100% year on year revenue growth since its inception in 2010. To help keep up with demand, in the last two years, the Lounge Lovers team has also expanded, doubling in size.
“Despite our rapid growth, we remain dedicated to providing our customers with luxe furniture at competitive prices. It’s great to be able to make that offering accessible in store to shoppers in another city hub through the new Bundall showroom,” Kerr continued.
Located at 68 Bundall Road, Bundall, Lounge Lovers’ Gold Coast showroom is open seven days a week.
