The Sydney CBD’s latest shopping destination, Central Park, will open tomorrow with a collection of outlets from a who’s who list of retailers. In addition to the enormous Adidas concept store that is already visible to pedestrians on Sydney’s busy Broadway strip, the ‘Living Mall’, as it being called, is set to house a Woolworths, a Superdry store and a Glue outlet.

RetailBiz has acquired a list of retailers set to open retail outlets either tomorrow or in the near future at Central Park, which will be officially opened by Sydney Lord Mayor Clover Moore on Thursday 31 October 2013.

In addition to those listed above, there is also a Chinatown Cellars, a Commonwealth Bank and Gelatissimo in the facility, which also includes accommodation suited to university students at nearby UTS and the University of Sydney.

Even before opening, Central Park has become an attraction to Sydneysiders, with the walls of the building covered in an ivy-like plant, representing the environmental consciousness that has gone into this development.

“Central [Park] is set to offer a retail experience unlike any other,” according to the Central Park website. “This multi-level vertical mall described as ‘The Living Mall’ boasts a sun-drenched emporium, future-forward sustainable architecture, free Wi-Fi, extended trading hours and promises to be an exceptional destination for shopping, dining, and meeting with friends.”
