KFC has brought its Kentucky Fried Chicken to the suburb of Aura with a new restaurant located in Berrinba, south of Brisbane, QLD.

The latest KFC restaurant is led by Tyrone Lebeter who has risen through the KFC ranks over the last 10 years. He has been restaurant manager for the last two years, working across many restaurants surrounding the Sunshine Coast. Cailem Leembruggen and Lachlan Buchanan have stepped into the role of assistant restaurant managers.

“The KFC Aura team is delighted to welcome local KFC fans who can now get their hands on the Colonel’s delicious Kentucky Fried Chicken. For locals who want to enjoy their chicken from the comfort of their home, delivery will be available from late August,” Lebeter said.

KFC Aura has created 62 new jobs for the local area and provides opportunities for new team members to develop skills in customer service and teamwork. KFC seeks to nurture personal development by offering both in-person and digital training initiatives.

“We’re thrilled to welcome 62 new team members into the KFC family, providing a significant number of jobs to the local area. We’re passionate about building a strong and confident team to ensure we provide both the best customer service possible and quality Kentucky Fried Chicken to the people of Aura,” Lebeter said.

“Our culture fosters the growth and development of our people by providing opportunities that help them gain lifelong skills, confidence and friends. We’re looking forward to watching our new team members reach their potential.”
