Intuit QuickBooks Australia has entered a long-term partnership with Business Australia to provide a range of vital resources to help small to medium businesses get through these uncertain times and beyond.

The partnership will initially see collaboration across content and expert partner webinars, providing Intuit QuickBooks customers and Business Australia members with access to a wide range of topics and resources, to help their business stay afloat.

With seven in 10 small to medium businesses saying they don’t get their fair share of attention or resources compared to big business, the partnership will look to provide the required resources to those that need it. Intuit Quickbooks customers will be offered personalised support from Business Australia in areas that data shows they struggle with the most.

In addition, bespoke member offers will be developed to provide additional benefits to both QuickBooks customers and Business Australia members.

Intuit QuickBooks Australia vice president and country manager, Natira Drayton said, “At a time when advice and support is more important than ever, joining forces with Business Australia to share our combined deep knowledge, expertise and resources with small to medium businesses across the country will be hugely beneficial to those trying to navigate the unprecedented challenges thrust upon them by the pandemic.”

Business Australia chief customer experience officer, Richard Spencer added: “The partnership comes at a time when businesses need support the most. This has been a year of great change, and the flow-on effects are going to be felt for some time. We are here to provide support, guidance and resources to businesses and help them navigate through the ongoing changes they will face, and that’s where Intuit QuickBooks can step in and play a critical role.”
