Former David Jones CEO Mark McInnes who made front page news late last year after sexually harassing a female staff is now back.
He has been appointed as the head of retail at Premier Investments, taking over from Jason Murray, as of 4 April.
Premier’s chairman Solomon Lew said he will be responsible for the Just Group arm of the company, including brands like Dotti, Smiggle, Just Jeans and Peter Alexander.
“We are pleased to bring Mark into the Premier team and I am very much looking forward to working with him both to improve the performance of Just Group,” he said.
“The Premier board is confident that Mark is the right person to take Premier and Just Group to the next level of performance and growth which will be great for our shareholders and staff.”
