ECCO has opened a new store in Karrinyup, Perth, marking its third store in Western Australia with a total of 34 stores nationwide.
The ECCO store spans 105 square metres and will stock all footwear and accessory collections for women, men and kids.
The global footwear brand saw the opportunity for expansion after observing a considerable increase via its e-commerce store from Perth-based consumers. ECCO was also looking to rebalance its store portfolio in WA to complement its current offering of its outlet store in DFO Perth and prime store in Claremont Quarter.
With Karrinyup’s recent and significant redevelopment, the shopping precinct has created a high-quality retail destination that meets the growing needs of contemporary customers. It is slated to be one of WA’s largest collections of Australian designers under one roof, featuring a carefully curated mix of tenants such as AJE, Scanlan & Theodore, Viktoria & Woods, Assembly Label and now ECCO.
Paying homage to the brand’s heritage, the design of the store features Danish inspired fixtures and fittings, as well as Scandinavian-like elements such as European Oak flooring.
