The head office of Australian pizza chain Eagle Boys has been placed in voluntary administration.
The Eagle Boys Dial-a-Pizza Pty Ltd (Eagle Boys) board of directors confirmed SV Partners had been appointed administrators and assumed control of Eagle Boys’ head office operations as of last Thursday night (July 14).
Eagle Boys is understood to operate around 120 franchised stores nationwide. Eagle Boys also operates Eagle Boy Express, a smaller store format located within convenience stores, petrol stations, airports and shopping centres.
In July last year Eagle Boys Express partnered with BP to offer a range of Express pizzas throughout BP’s national network of Wild Bean Cafes. It is not yet known if Eagle Boys’ partnership with BP will be impacted following its appointment of administrators.
