Bundaberg  residents  are  among  the  first  in  the  country  to  order  their  pizzas  from  Eagle  Boys’  new look

concept  store,  which  is  offering  customers  a  sleek,  contemporary  experience.

The  long-standing  Bundaberg  store,  first  opened  in  1991,  has  introduced  the  stores of the future  concept  –  a

revamp  that  will  be  rolled  out  across  the  Eagle  Boys  network.

Eagle  Boys  developed  the  stores of the future  concept  after  extensive  research  to  understand  customer

preferences  and  behaviours.

Using  innovative  design  aspects,  including  exposed  brickwork  and  recycled  timber  the  overhaul  reflects

changing  customerEexperience  trends.

Eagle  Boys  Bundaberg  franchisee  Shaun  Butcher  said  the  refresh  breathed  new  life  into  the  store.

“The  new  concept  is  trendy  and  modern  and  provides  our  local  customers  with  a  different  experience  to  what

they  are  used  to,”  he  said.

Eagle  Boys  General  Manager  of  Retail  Nick  Vincent  said  creating  value  and  appeal  for  local  customers  was

central  to  the  company’s  business  strategy.

“Despite  increasingly  intense  competition  in  the  pizza  industry,  Eagle  Boys  has  remained  steadily  focused  on

innovation,  research  and  development  for  our  strong  and  loyal  customer  base,”  he  said.

“The  stores of the future concept is  an  exciting  expansion  for  us  with  a  modern  customer  experience  across

Australia,  with  a  contemporary  look  and  fresh  appeal.”

Operating  for  more  than  27  years  Eagle  Boys  is  a  well-recognised  and  loved  Australian  owned  and  operated

brand  with  one  of  the  largest  networks  of  stores  in  the  country.
