Australian fashion designer Lisa Ho has been forced to close her remaining stores after going into voluntary administration in May.

HLB Mann Judd administrators Barry Taylor and Todd Gammel said in a statement despite high levels of interest a buyer was unable to be secured.

"Despite considerable interest, a sale of the Lisa Ho Group business as a going concern has not been achieved with the sale program,” the statement said.

"The administrators are now focused on an orderly closure of the remaining Lisa Ho Group stores.”

As a result of the store closures in Sydney, Melbourne and Brisbane, up to 100 staff are expected to lose their jobs.

However, discussions with a number of interested parties to purchase intellectual property, stock and other assets continue.

Lisa Ho is the latest victim to join long list of retail companies that have gone under, including Payless Shoes, Ojay, Darrell Lea and Bettina Liano.
