Katharina Kuehn is the director of RDG Insights, a subsidary of Retail Doctor Group. She will provide a neuro insight into how consumers behaviour in the retail space.

RB:  Why do you believe this/these topic(s) are important and relevant to retailers?
KK: There is a big gap between what (neuro)science knows and what retail does. In this session I will explain the impact as well as the practicalities of implementing retail solutions that resonate with the subconscious of your consumer and ultimately influence their decision to buy.

RB: Can you provide comment about the current state of the Australian retail sector and ONE tip you'd give to retailers.
KK: With increasing globalisation of retail, we are seeing some very strong players entering the market and Australian retailers need to innovate and differentiate in relevant and powerful ways to continue winning the hearts and minds of consumers.
