Group buying company Cudo has welcomed Mike Sneesby as its new chief executive.

Entering its full second year of trading, Sneesby will be responsible for growing the foundation business and developing the company’s expansion plans. He will commence in the role on 1 February 2012.

Billy Tucker, the outgoing Cudo founder and CEO, in his decision to leave said: “This feels like the right time to leave Cudo. In a relatively short space of time we have built an exceptional team who have turned Cudo into a household name.”

Sneesby was previously the vice president of IPTV and Technology at Intigral, where he was responsible for leading the company’s IPTV business unit as well as heading operations and technology functions across the organisation.
