Coles Broadway has opened a new-look supermarket featuring a range of innovative features and enhanced shopping experience for the local community.

The store features a new bread slicer, fresh juice machine and larger fresh produce section with an expanded range of fruit and vegetables. Also new to the store is a frozen dessert bar with mochi and macarons. The new deli offers fresh seafood and RSPCA-approved roast chickens.

Coles Broadway shoppers can now enjoy an extended range of convenience and grab-and-go meals, as well as improved Click&Collect service. Coles Broadway employs over 300 team members, welcoming an additional 50 throughout the store refresh.

Coles Broadway store manager, Nick Chapman, who has worked with Coles for 23 years, believes local customers will be thrilled with the store transformation.

“As one of the largest trading stores in Australia, our mission was to deliver an exciting new shopping experience for the local community. We renewed the store with a range of new features including an enhanced deli, refreshing juice bar, and expanded fresh produce section,” he said.

“Our store serves Sydney’s dynamic inner west, with many university students and busy working professionals who will appreciate the quick, convenient meal options and Click&Collect services, as well as many pet owners from nearby Glebe, Redfern and Camperdown who will love our new pet bar.”

Coles Broadway will work with food rescue organization, SecondBite to donate unsold, edible food to Sydney City Salvation Army to help feed those facing food insecurity.
