Highpoint shopping centre in Melbourne’s west continues to open new and expanded retailers, with Coles confirmed as the latest major retailer to open its doors.

This follows other recent launches in the centre including MECCA’s first ever MECCA Aesthetica, IKEA Australia’s brand-new format IKEA Plan and Order Point, toy shop Toymate, Kmart, and an expanded Kathmandu to name a few.

The new Coles Highpoint features a frozen dessert bar complete with Mochi and macarons, ‘squeeze your own orange juice’ machine, and ‘scoop and weigh’ pet treat bar, as well as an open front bakery with fresh flatbread, sourdough, patisseries and celebration cakes. The store also includes a connecting Liquorland, and a Click & Collect option.

Coles Highpoint store manager, Sebastian Elachkar said, “We are so pleased to be able to open the doors to our new Coles store and can’t wait for customers to be able to enjoy the exciting new innovation in store.”

The opening of Coles sees Highpoint’s fresh food retailers take over a greater footprint on the centre’s Level 3 with Coles positioned near the Riverbank Food Court and new-look Rebel rcX concept.
