Clive Peeters has announced it will open a new store in the new Rocklea HomeMaker Centre in Bendigo, Victoria, as reported on current.com.au
The new centre will be built at High Street in the Kangaroo Flat region of Bendigo. The new store will be 3200 square metres in size and is leased for eight years with two further six-year terms in the pipeline.
While the centre is still looking for other tenants, Sleep City has also announced it would establish a shop in the centre. Their initial lease is set for 10 years, with two five-year extensions after that.
Both centre developer Philio and Clive Peeters were contacted for further information, but Philio did not respond and Clive Peeters media relations department declined to comment.
