Celebrating 10 years in Australia, shoe brand Camper has launched its first ‘‘Toðer’ store in Sydney’s Queen Victoria Building.
It’s ‘Toðer’ store is a collaborative project which sees the Spanish shoe brand invite a famous creative to design their shop interior.
Camper’s Queen Victoria Building store was the first Australian location for the brand ten years ago. Now, the brand invited Japanese designer Tokujin Yoshioka to create a fresh new interior for the store, and the result is a sleek white space offset by a ‘petal’ strewn wall of pink and red fabric strips, with the Camper shoes displayed on white platforms and an architectural, elegant atmosphere which utilises the compact space of the Queen Victoria Building store.
The company first launched in Barcelona in 1981 and now has 150 stores worldwide including four in Australia.
