Big W Mudgee, a dominant DDS anchored by Big W and BWS Liquor, is set to draw significant interest via an Expressions of Interest (EOI) campaign exclusively marketed by Colliers.

Completed in 2005, the fully leased centre comprises of a Big W, alongside BWS Liquor, subsidiaries of Woolworths Group Limited and Endeavour Group. The centre is supported by two additional national retailers, including EB Games and Muffin Break.

Big W Mudgee is the only DDS within the catchment, with the nearest competing DDS over 120km away, and is being offered to market by the Colliers team of James Wilson and Ben Wilkinson, with price expectations of $15 million.

With a site area of 7,931 square metres and a GFA of 5,216 square metres, the centre features low site coverage of 66% and benefits from strong opportunity for value-add or repositioning. The centre has a fully leased net income of $901,225 per annum.

Big W Mudgee occupies a corner position in Mudgee CBD and is 265km north-west of Sydney and 240km west of Newcastle. The centre is the largest freestanding retail tenancy in the Mudgee CBD, featuring a car park and surrounding parking totalling over 300 spaces.
