Kerri Hayman will step down as CEO of Domino’s Pizza Enterprises Ltd for Australia and New Zealand, effective August 29, 2025, concluding a 37-year career with the company.
Hayman’s resignation comes in less than a year since she became the company’s first female ANZ CEO.
“This is the right time for me to take the next step in my journey. Since returning to Australia in 2023, I’ve been proud of the work we’ve done to strengthen operations — from improving product quality and growing new occasions like lunch, to delivering stronger sales and profits for our franchise partner,” said Hayman.
“Domino’s is now entering a new chapter, with a clear ‘Recipe for Growth’ in place for Australia and New Zealand. With the business well positioned for the future, I feel confident this is the right time for me to open a new chapter of my own.”
The company has already launched an international recruitment process, including internal candidates.
Meanwhile, the company has appointed Greg Steenson as COO of the Australian business, effective immediately.
Steenson, a former Domino’s franchise partner, took on the role of head of operations for ANZ in 2024.
