Following a successful event in 2023, Online Retailer Conference & Expo will return to the ICC Sydney Exhibition Centre in July 2024.

Supported by Premier Industry Partner, Australia Post, Australia’s largest e-commerce and retail expo will host international and local speakers, exhibitors and workshops, in Darling Harbour on July 24 and 25, 2024.

Over two days, the conference will feature representatives from the online retail industry discussing topics including AI automation, customer data optimisation and B2B transformation.

The conference itself, which is ticketed, has 12 conference tracks catering to businesses of any size and provides access to over 150 speakers, sharing the latest industry insights, case studies, panels from local and international retailers and networking events. Online Retailer also offers free access to the Expo, show floor conference content and morning conference keynote sessions.

Keynote speakers include Revolve vice president of international, Kai Li and Fisher & Paykel New Zealand general manager of digital, Sarah Lukins. Local speakers include L’Oreal Australia ecommerce acceleration director, Christine Guerru, Spotlight Retail Group head of ecommerce, Jarrod Calamante and THE ICONIC chief marketing officer, Joanna Robinson.

Following significant interest in 2023 the conference will again host a dedicated B2B transformation track to help B2B companies embrace digital technology and business transformation by illustrating new channels for growth.  Key areas of discussion will include developing a long-term roadmap for B2B businesses, eliminating pain points to help enhance operational efficiency, and enhancing customer experience to drive business resilience.

On the final evening of Online Retailer, the conference will host the Australia Post Online Retail Industry Awards (ORIAS)which celebrates the excellence of Australasia’s vibrant and innovative multichannel and online retailing visionaries.

Ticketing to the event is available now. The Expo is free (registration is required), and ticketed events start at $99+ GST for a Retail Elevate Workshop Ticket, through to $1,499 for a two-day retailer conference pass.
