Retailers looking to brush up on their knowledge, the latest trends and newest technologies can’t miss the upcoming Online Retailer exhibition and conference in Sydney.
Visitors to this year’s event, held on 25 and 26 July at the ICC, will hear from keynote speakers including co-founding executive of Netflix, Mitch Lowe; chief operating officer of The Iconic, Anna Lee; group general manager e-commerce of Cotton On, Brendan Sweeney and many more from leading brands across the globe.
Focusing on trends such as the impact of artificial intelligence on retail and best practice when selling on marketplaces, topics will include gaining power through personalisation, chatbots and cross channel logistics.
Celebrating its biggest year yet, the 10th edition of Online Retailer will feature a strong female contingent. This has been a key focus for the event, with more than 50 per cent of speakers to date being women.
“We’re so excited to be heading into our 10th year of this highly respected event, and this year promises to deliver new, innovative and exciting initiatives for retailers,” said Online Retailer event director, Alice Kuepper.
“We’re delighted to have such high-profile speakers on board. The breadth and importance of these key players in the ecommerce space is telling of the level of information delegates will be exposed to over the two days.”
