Fashion and lifestyle retailer City Beach has partnered with Teamwork Commerce to implement a next-generation omnichannel experience across all its stores.

City Beach, known for its youth fashion, is focused on delivering customer-centric innovation by adopting Teamwork Commerce’s Mobile Point-of-Sale (POS) and Order Management System (OMS) solutions.

City Beach will integrate Teamwork’s OMS technology to activate key omnichannel features such as Buy Online, Return In-Store (BORIS) and Endless Aisle, enabling customers to shop beyond the store and access a broader product range in real time.

Additionally, Teamwork’s Mobile POS solution will be rolled out across all City Beach locations, allowing sales associates to help customers with immediate access to inventory, customer profiles, and mobile checkout.

These upgrades are expected to provide a smooth, connected retail experience that mirrors the brand’s identity.
