Online beauty retailer Strawberrynet has formed a strategic partnership with e-commerce logistics provider Globavend to offer a wide range of premium beauty products in Australia.

According to IMARC Group’s recent report, Australia’s cosmetics and personal market is valued at approximately $8.7 billion in 2024 and is projected to grow to $14 billion by 2033, with a compound annual growth rate (CAGR) of 5.47 percent. Online retail sales in Australia have been growing faster than the broader market.

Australia Post reports that online retail sales increased by 12 per cent in 2024, with health and beauty products rising by 13.4 per cent, surpassing growth in almost all other sectors.

The partnership between Globavend and Strawberrynet is anticipated to give Australian consumers better access to a broad selection of premium beauty brands and support Globavend’s expansion in the e-commerce logistics industry. It also aims to strengthen the company’s presence in the Australian market.

“Strawberrynet has been an industry leader, and a pioneer in global beauty retail for over 25 years. Together, we’re making it faster and easier for Australian customers to access their favourite cosmetic and beauty products—and we’re proud to be the logistics engine behind that transformation,” said Frank Yau, CEO of Globavend.

“The Australian cosmetics and beauty market is very large, with over $8 billion in annual sales, and growing at an accelerated pace.  As a result, we view this as a very promising, high-impact growth opportunity for both Strawberrynet and Globavend.”
