Last month, Luke Felstead launched Australia’s first premium discount docket website www.edocket.com.au

Now, Sydney-siders can enjoy discounts to some of NSW finest businesses and prestige services.

edocket provides discounts to only quality businesses, such as the best restaurants, deluxe day spas, and luxurious holidays, as a free service. A customer can simply search for a product or service on the site and print their docket for redemption, no purchase required. Never before have such premium products and services been discounted on one platform, and made available for free.

At present edocket has concentrated its service on key locales of NSW and great holiday destinations, such as the Hunter Valley. With several businesses in each local area offering the savings, consumers can be inspired to buy from several businesses in a local area, which benefits the consumer and, in turn, the local community.

Upon its inception, this goal was key to Felstead’s vision for edocket.

“I wanted to help businesses use the internet to drive traffic in-store. It’s the perfect medium for them to gain the exposure they need to grow their business, because it’s very cost effective and has huge audiences. But, it can be hard to make sure that exposure translates into a sale. Discount dockets are the perfect way to overcome this problem,” he comments.

The incentive edocket provides means local business not only reaps the reward of new customers and additional revenue, but can also track results via collecting the edocket.

“Our result is measurable, so the results of using the internet are immediately clear,” adds Felstead.
