Beating Big W Online, Kmart Online, Myer Online, and Target Online, topped Canstar Blue’s latest customer satisfaction survey of 854 Australians who have shopped online during the past year. nabbed the top spot in overall customer satisfaction, value for money, price, site navigation, range of products and speed of delivery.
The Canstar Blue survey identified slow delivery as the major deal-breaker for Australian online shoppers. Half of the people surveyed said they would not return to an online department store after experiencing slow delivery of items purchased online. With guaranteed next day dispatch of 95 per cent of its products, was praised by its customers, who ranked the Australian-owned and operated e-tailer worthy of five stars.
